The Pawtucket Mill Supply Company was incorporated in 1923 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island by Richard Cranshaw, Sr.Business, at that time, consisted of mill supplies for the broadloom weaving trade and specialized in shuttle fur, harness frames and heddles.After World War II his sons joined the company as salesmen. The company expanded and moved into a new building in 1950. During the following years the company bought and sold pre-owned machinery and equipment which was reconditioned at our facility.As time passed Richard Cranshaw's grandsons joined the business and contributed to its expansion.Over the years Pawtucket Mill Supply has also specialized in appraisals and liquidations on exclusive basis and has liquidated and sold mills worldwide.We still maintain a warehouse of textile machinery supplies and equipment.
